October 31 @ 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM| $20 – $100
I would like to formally introduce myself to this group as Constantine Peddler. I am new to the online world but have been riding Baird Creek for all my long and tragic life, much before any official mountain bike trails existed. Although I personally prefer unmarked and barely ride-able trail that crushes the souls of beginner riders, I have come to hear of your pitiful fundraising efforts for the new mountain bike skills course and my otherwise blackened heart feels compelled to contribute to this cause.
Being a man of great means, I wish to make a sizable donation to the organization. But also as a cruel and sinister soul, I hope to see a competition unfold which will test bikers and hikers alike in order to raise even more funds for the skills park, pitting your weak and friendly group against one another. As such I have perfectly hidden a sizable portion of my inheritance somewhere at Baird Creek. I intend to reveal the first CLUE to the whereabouts of this hidden treasure on EXACTLY October 31st, at 8:00 am to a select group of whomever sees fit to deposit a donation of at least $20 to the Baird Creek Preservation Foundation’s skills course. Those who register BEFORE Friday, October 30 at 9:00 pm shall receive the first clue through email at the designated time.
Whether any one will find this hidden treasure is not certain. I have gone to great lengths and configured a variety of diabolical methods to ensure that only the person with utmost physical strength and mental cunning shall be able to ascertain the otherwise imperceptible location! Beware!!
