We are sorry to share that the annual Run for the Hill of It 5K at Baird Creek will not be held this year. While we will miss gathering for the 5K, we are excited to put our energy and resources behind one big, community-wide fundraising event; our expanded Luminary Walk!
Previously known as the family-friendly Lantern Walk in November, this event will now become our annual Luminary Walk, incorporating the larger vision and scale of our former January Luminary Walk while bringing together the community, sponsors, and supporters for one special evening at Baird Creek.
The expanded Luminary Walk will feature the entire paved trail from the Lower Lot to Danz Avenue, along with a small loop through the prairie near the butterfly sculpture. We look forward to creating a memorable experience for our members and community.
